OPERATIONALISATION (Releases in  20 sites)

Kick-Off ceremony of Aedes aegypti Wolbachia mosquito egg release 2019 launched by Ministry of Health YB Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad.

This project was initiated by the Entomology Unit in Institute for Medical Research and is operationalised as one of the preventive tools to combat Dengue. This is an example of translational research whereby lab bench research can be operationalised into public health program.
